Bank transfer, company card or Stripe.
Deposit
A £150 cleaning fee and a refundable security deposit equal to 50% of the accommodation total are charged at the time of booking. The security deposit is fully refunded after check-out, subject to the property being returned in good condition.

Strictly no smoking or vaping anywhere on the home
Pets
No pets. Assistance animals welcome by prior approval
Parties & events
No parties, events or filming. Homes are let to a single named party for the duration of the stay
Quiet hours
10:00 PM 8:00 AM, in keeping with the residential setting
Safety & compliance
Smoke and CO alarms in every property, fire extinguisher and blanket in the kitchen, first aid kit, annual gas safety certificate and PAT tested appliances. Public liability insurance in place.
Accessibility

All cleaning products are plant-based, vegan, and environmentally friendly, natural, non-toxic formulations with no harsh chemicals.
